Tasty, tangy leaves to pick as required. Ideal for salads or cooking, it can be harvested all summer. Fast maturing - cut and come again. To keep leaves tender, water frequently when in full growth. Sow small batches fortnightly in succession.

Sowing Information
Sow thinly direct into finely raked, warm, moist, weed-free soil at a depth of 6-13mm (1"). Covering the seed lightly. Thin resulting seedlings to 20cm (8") between plants. Use the thinning's in the salad bowl. Water well during spells of dry weather to prevent plants running to seed (bolting). Grows best in well cultivated soil in a sunny position.
